Where can I use my Gift Card?
The gift card can only be used on this specific website (NOVA. online store). It is not valid anywhere else.
Can I refund my Gift Card or cash it out?
No. Gift card balances are non-refundable and cannot be cashed out to bKash, Nagad, or any bank account. They hold no cash value outside of our store.
